Process Serving: Divorce Papers

Wolverine Defense Academy can take the hassle and burden of serving your divorce paper. We will make at least 3 solid attempts at various times/dates to get the papers served personally to the Defendant in the Greater Kalamazoo Area usually within one week of receiving them. (Many times it’s completed within 24/48 hrs, but quite often it can take many days to track the defendant down and effect personal service). Please call or e-mail or stop in during our normal business hours for details and to arrange to have us serve for you.

**If the court date is within 7 days or you NEED the attempts to be completed within 7 days, that constitutes a rush service**

Cost: $50 (Greater Kalamazoo Area Only) (Out of area, rush service, Credit/Debit Card payment & having us return the proof of service to the court for you will have higher costs. call for custom price)

Payment Methods Accepted: Cash or Cashier’s Check/Money Order, Credit/Debit (Pre-Payment required for all forms of payment)
